How do we ship?

We ship all orders within France in many European countries via the Colissimo service.

You can select your shipping method at checkout.

Our team ships from Tuesday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Dahlias will be dispatched from the 4th week of April. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped with tracking information. 

Packaging

Gaspardatable is an environmentally conscious company. We take great care to use 100% recycled and recyclable materials. If we can't find a 100% recycled and recyclable substitute to package your order, we'll be forced to use an alternative to ship it to you. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on items, weight, shipping location and carrier rates. You can view shipping costs after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your shopping cart before payment. This cost is set by La Poste. In addition to the cost of shipment, there is a 0.5 cent charge for packaging.

Add products to an order already placed

Once an order has been placed, it is printed immediately and placed in the backlog. Unfortunately, due to our tiny team and the volume of orders we receive, we are not always able to combine orders placed separately, or to modify an order once it has been placed. Please try to send us an e-mail to contact@gaspardatable.com.

Cancel an order

If you need to cancel your entire order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation e-mail. We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.  

Tools, supplies and books

If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us and we will replace them. 

Gift cards and promo codes

Gift cards purchased in the Gaspardatable store can be used in the «Gift card or promo code» field during checkout.

Shipping outside Schengen Europe

We are unable to ship our plants outside the Schengen area due to phytosanitary restrictions.
